Working hours (9–6) Early or late Night Outline: everyone at work
Best time to meet
How it works
Every bar is one city and runs from midnight to midnight in the first city's day. Darker shading means working hours, lighter shading means early or late, and grey means night. Drag the selection to an outlined window and copy the result into your invite.

Questions & answers
How do I find a good meeting time across time zones?
Add every city to the planner. Each city gets a bar showing its own day, and all bars line up on the same moment. Drag the selection along the bars and read the local time for everyone. A bar with a green outline marks a window where everyone is at work; a grey outline marks a window where everyone is at least awake.
What if there is no time when everyone is in working hours?
The planner then shows the hours when everyone is at least awake (7 AM – 10 PM). If even that is empty, someone has to meet very early or late. Try rotating the unlucky slot between teams.
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. It uses the time zone rules in your browser for the exact date you pick, so a meeting in the week clocks change in one country but not another is still right.
Which city is the reference?
The first row. Its day (midnight to midnight) is the one shown. Use the up arrow on any row to make that city the reference.
How do I share the plan?
Pick a time, then press Copy link. The link keeps your cities, date and chosen time. Use "Copy for chat or email" to paste the local time for every city into a message.
What is the best time for a meeting between India and the USA?
India and the US never share normal working hours. The usual compromise is India in the evening and the US in the morning: 9 to 11 AM in New York is about 6:30 to 8:30 PM in India in summer and 7:30 to 9:30 PM in winter. Add both cities to the planner to see the exact hours for any date.
Which hours does the planner count as working hours?
Working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM local time. Awake hours are 7 AM to 10 PM local time. Anything outside that counts as night.
How many cities can I compare?
Up to six cities or time zones at once, including abbreviations such as EST, IST, PST or UTC.
Is the meeting planner free?
Yes. It is free, needs no sign-up and runs in your browser.
